Norm Miller has 30 years of academic experience and is the author of foundational texts on real estate principles. He has contributed to the development of AVMs and analytics in the industry and serves as Vice President of the Hoyt Institute.

Al Roth is a pioneer in experimental economics, recognized for his groundbreaking work in marketplace design as cowinner of the 2012 Nobel Prize in economics.

Seura worked on research in EconCS and Experimental Economics focusing on incentive-aware algorithms in the context of user behavior and online platforms. She is now building product at Homekey.

Kelly's background centers on content management systems and human-computer interactions, supported by a strong foundation in software development and design.
